Great question. How about national parks, Social Security Administration service centers (half of those will be shut down), and cancer treatment hospitals.
By cancelling the development of the next flu vaccine (which takes 6 months to complete) Americans will have no effective defense against the flu in the fall. And if H5N1 is part of that fall outbreak, it's going to be quite a disaster. Who will get the "credit" for this? RFK Jr? Or Hillary Clinton/Nancy Pelosi/George Soros/Joe Biden/Woke/DEI?
Related: the astrophysics community hold conferences that discuss choices that need to be made 10 years out (see https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Astronomy_and_Astrophysics_Decadal_Survey) because some experiments literally need the stars and planets to align. Credit should also be assigned to those who, using best evidence, make the decisions that truly matter when the time comes. Reagan's destruction of Carter's attempts to begin an energy transition is a decision that has already caused trillions in damages, not to mention the predictions of what is in store.
Sadly, in 2024 the majority of young white males decided to ignore a major signal of POTUS 45 (removal of US from Paris accords), aligning with Nazi ideation and MAGA (Make America Grope Again). And thus it is not credit, but compulsion, that drives these voters. If the TV series Hoarders were remade interviewing MAGA true believers, the maladies of our present democracy would be plain to all but the subjects who are the malady itself.
That might fit some of your criteria. Certainly they are surprised to see a bunch of people show up to these boring meetings. We're starting to make the news. Some bodies are passing resolutions or committing to sending letters to congress.
Very helpful information. Thank you. I’m looking for other relevant protests to support NIH research. Cancer survivors march to capitols?
There's the Stand Up For Science 2025 rally, taking place March 7 around the nation: https://standupforscience2025.org/
Are there other places beside state capitols which would make great visual statements?

I'll work on that, since I'm no longer in AZ. ❤️🦉🎯
Great post! Thanks Sam! 🦉✊🌻❤️

We have no Tesla dealers or contracts here at the top of Michigan, even seeing a swasticar is unusual.
We’re aiming at local elected officials:
